Description

I'm changing the game and I started by sketching one of the awesome backgrounds from ~QueenieChan's comic, The Dreaming.

This one's dedicated to :iconqueeniechan: and my mentor, F. Bacolor, to show my appreciation for their work and support for me. I'm hoping to send the sketch to them through their e-mails as a gift.

I really like how you showed perspective in this. The shading seems to have fallen a bit flat though, which is a shame. If you were to change up the direction or style of the shading and make it vary and different between the various components (I.e., the doors, carpet, the walls, etc) It would be more visually interesting, and give the piece more of a sense of depth. Same goes for the contrast. Perhaps if you used what I'm assuming to be light fixtures as a light source, it would do wonders for this study. Best of luck to you, and great job!
